13 | On 6/19/23 at 11:05am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings for the above listed allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with licensee, Chan Clark and disclosed the purpose of the inspection. There were no children in care.
On 3/23/23, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging the above allegation. During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted with the licensee and daycare parents and records were reviewed. LPA was unable to interview the minor in question due to lack of parental consent.
Inconsistent statements were obtained for the allegation of provider leaving a minor alone to supervise day care children; therefore, the allegation was determined to be unsubstantiated. A finding that the allegation is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
