Regarding allegation "Staff are accepting children that are sick into care", based on the information obtained during interviews, observations, and documentation reviewed it was found that the center checks kids for signs of being sick when they arrive and during the day. The center has rules about what to do when a child is sick, and there are steps for deciding if a child should go home. The facility does have an illness policy. Protocols are in place to determine if a child will be sent home. On 7/13/26, documens were posted on classroom doors, titled health notice, informing families of the illness/outbreak for hand foot, mouth and chickenpox.
