13 | On 11/16/22 at 10:30AM, LPA Luigi Gargaro conducted an unannounced complaint finding delivery visit to the facility regarding the above allegation. During the course of the investigation, analyst conducted interviews with the licensee, her facility helpers as well as day care children and parents.
From the evidence gathered, it could not be conclusively proved or disproved that the licensee or her helpers provided insufficient supervision to the day care children that, in turn, resulted in a child exiting the home and running into the street on multiple, reported occasions. Due to competing testimony from the parties involved that did not allow the analyst to definitively either substantiate or refute the allegation, it was determined to be inconclusive.
Though the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. |
