On 10/28/22, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Saraliz Velando and Jennifer Lott, conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to discuss her Fire Clearance which was granted for a capacity of 14 on 9/20/22. LPAs were greeted by licensee, Isis Sena and granted entry after identifying themselves and disclosing the purpose of their visit. There were 4 children in care. Licensee made the following changes to her sketch due her playroom was deemed by the fire marshall, not a legally permitted room. The following rooms are used for care: Bedroom 1, living room, Kitchen, and front yard. The following areas are off limits: Bedroom 2, Garage (Not a permitted room), and backyard. Based on today’s visit, no deficiencies were observed.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Isis Sena. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.
