On 8/31/22 at 12:30pm, LPA Adrian Castellon conducted a case management inspection. The purpose of the inspection is to follow up on a Exemption Needed letter dated 6/10/22 received by the San Diego Child Care Regional Office. LPA Castellon met with licensee Karla Diaz and discussed the purpose of the inspection. There were eight day-care children present.

LPA Castellon conducted staff interviews on this date. LPA Castellon interviewed a daycare child. LPA Castellon obtained a facility roster and toured the facility including all bedrooms. LPA Castellon requested documents pertaining to the inspection.

A copy of today's report was given to licensee Diaz. Notice of Site inspection was given to licensee Diaz and posting requirement was discussed.
