Based on evidence collected, LPA was unable to determine if staff handled day care children in a rough manner. Per licensee, they provide verbal redirection and alternative activities, to support children with behavior needs.
Based on evidence collected, LPA was unable to determine if facility is operating overcapacity. During site inspection, LPA observed facility operating within capacity limit stated on license.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the complaint is Unsubstantiated.
The LPA conducted exit interview with Licensee, Angela Baquero and complaint investigation report was discussed. The Notice of Site Visit and the Provider Rights were given.
