On August 25, 2026, at approximately 2:15pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ly, arrived at the facility unannounced to close the complaint investigation into the above allegation and met with Site Supervisor Beatriz Gomez. Present during today's visit were 15 classroom staff 3 administrators caring for 60 children.

Based on information obtained during the course of this investigation through interviews, there was no sufficient evidence to prove allegations "Staff handled daycare child in a rough manner" and "Staff yelled at child in care." Although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.

This report was reviewed with the Site Supervisor whose signature confirm have read the report. Report must be made available for public review upon request. A copy of this report and rights to comment and appeal have been discussed with the Director and left with the Director. Notice of Site Visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
