32 | During the course of the investigation consistent statements revealed that meetings were held to discuss daycare child’s (C1) developmental progress and classroom behavior. Facility staff confirmed that a meeting was held to discuss C1’s progress mid-April 2026. The Director denied the allegation that a report was not provided. Director stated that after the meeting, classroom staff confirmed that a copy of the report was placed in C1’s take home- work folder. The Director stated that only copies of reports from conferences she is involved in are filed. C1’s parent acknowledged receiving a report after the meeting, however indicated that it did not accurately reflect everything that was discussed in the meeting.
Based on the information received, the allegation is determined to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
Exit interview conducted at which time the report was reviewed with Director, Melanie Sandoval- Flores. A notice of site visit was given to Licensee and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.
