LPA spoke with licensee about children diapers needing to be changed as needed and/or within a reasonable time. During LPA's inspection, he observed the licensee and their assistant change two (2) children's diapers.
During parent interviews, parents did not provide evidence that they are having issues with their children not being changed in a timely manner. Although the allegation(s) may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
