This facility is currently not operating and has been closed.

The Investigation Branch (IB) investigated the above allegation of “Day care children were sexually abused while in care”.

The IB investigator conducted interviews with relevant parties and reviewed pertinent documentation.

Based on IB’s interviews and record review, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated at this time.
