The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (1 in front of the home and 1 in the back of the home), dining area, quiet room (located next to kitchen and living room #1), kitchen, backyard, and garage. All guests entering the home enter through the gate located on the side of the house.

With licensee, LPA inspected day care areas for health and safety hazards. LPA observed home to be clean, in good repair with proper temperature and ventilation. All cleaning supplies, poisons, and other chemicals were made inaccessible to children, in home's high shelves. There was a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fully charged fire extinguisher and working phone on site. Per licensee, there are no weapons or firearms in the home.
