On 8/27/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andy Yang conducted an unannounced complaint investigation. LPA met with Director, Michaella Venter and discussed the complaint allegation with them, and to deliver complaint allegations listed above Present for today’s investigation were Director, (19) staff, and (90) children. LPA toured the indoor areas of the facility with Director.

During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed the Director and staff. LPA conducted observations and inspections, and reviewed records and collected supporting documents.

The allegation stated staff do not ensure that the center is clean and sanitary. It was reported that the kitchen has not been maintained at appropriate levels of cleanliness. Based on the result of the investigation, there are no indication of the kitchen or food prep area and storage areas have not been kept clean or not free from litter and rubbish.
