On September 2, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Marilou Monico and Jessmin Marie Villanueva conducted an unannounced Complaint Inspection and to deliver investigation findings. LPAs met with Training Manager, Melissa Peters. LPAs toured the facility and observed two staff members supervising nine children consisting of one school age and eight preschool age watching a movie in the theater room.

During the course of the investigation, LPA Monico interviewed staff and children, reviewed records, and obtained relevant documents.

Based on interviews with staff and children, staff intervene promptly when children engage in fighting or behaviors that may harm another child. Staff explained that they monitor interactions closely and step in to separate children when necessary to ensure safety. Staff and children reported that discipline practices consist of verbal guidance and redirection, helping children understand expectations and encouraging appropriate behavior. No information obtained during the investigation indicated the use of inappropriate disciplinary methods.
