LPAs requested to identify Sample Site āGā with reported Action Level Exceedance (value of 5.5 parts per billion or greater value). The lead testing completed on February 27, 2026 indicated site "G" had an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) value of 100 ppb. Assistant Director stated that outlet 'G' is the sink used for food preparation in Room 228 (Room 5). LPAs were informed that the outlet was replaced and retested.
