On November 17, 2023 at approximately 3:00pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) N. Cunningham conducted an unannounced inspection to verify that the licensee corrected the citation issued on 11/8/23 for the home not being clean and the smell of urine in the living room. The licensee e-mailed pictures of the home after extensive cleaning. The licensee stated she shampooed the carpets by the front door. The licensee also e-mailed a copy of her cleaning plan that she stated she implemented immediately. During today's inspection, LPA observed the home well kept and organized. LPA noted that there is still a faint smell or urine by the front door. The licensee stated she purchased soap and plans to shampoo the carpets this weekend.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
