25 | On 11/4/22 at 11:05 AM, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), J. Helton. At 11:35 AM the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising 0 children, during the visit as she only provides care for school age children. The facility’s operating hours are 6:50 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the home are all bedrooms, garage, and were made inaccessible by locking doors. The children use the back yard the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced. There is a in ground pool in the back yard. The pool is fully fenced with Title 22 required fencing. 2 children's records were reviewed at 11:14 AM. 1 staff records were reviewed at 11:20 AM.
There are currently 1 adults living in the home. The Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
