Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye met with licensee Tamara Reed to conduct a capacity increase. The licensee submitted an application on June 1 2022.
The fire clearance was approved on June 13, 2022.

The facility has a functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. There is also a fully charged fire extinguisher. The pull station alarm is located between the front door and the garage door.

The capacity regulations were discussed with the licensee as well as staffing requirements for a large family child care home. The LIC9149- Property Owner/Landlord Consent form was given to the licensee to complete and return to CCLD to allow her to watch the 13th and 14th children as a large FCCH.

This facility is approved as a large family child care home effective today, June 28, 2022.
