LPA Ouye arrived unannounced and was greeted by an unknown male who answered the door. He was behind a glass/screen door. LPA Ouye asked the person is Alicia or Overton were available and explained that the department was trying to verify if the licensee was still operating a family child care home. He said no, that he purchased the home in July. He does not know them but they do occasionally get their mail. He does not know their forwarding address. The male individual refused to identify himself.

LPA Ouye looked up the address on Zillow.com and the home was sold on 7/9/2020.

LPA Rosales was able to obtain the phone number for Licensee's son who said that his mom moved and they don't have a day care. LPA Rosales spoke with licensee who said that the facility closure date should be July 9, 2021 due to the sale of the home. The licensee has been forfeited and the facility is considered closed.
