On 07/10/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Priscilla Zamudio, conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide the finding regarding the above allegation. LPA met with Director Nicole Bull, toured the facility, and took a census. LPA discussed finding with Director.

During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed the staff and parents and conducted facility observations.Information obtained throughout the investigation did not produce sufficient information to meet the preponderance of evidence standard to support that staff speak inappropriately to children.
Although the above allegations may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Per California Code of Regulation Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiencies are being cited today. Exit interview conducted with Director Nicole Bull. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Director Nicole Bull. Notice of Site visit to be posted for 30 days.
