25 | On January 10, 2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kari McWilliams attempted to complete an annual inspection and met with Licensee Erika Schweizer. When LPA McWilliams arrived Licensee stated that she wants to put her license on inactive status for the next year.
Licensee confirmed that she is currently not caring for any children and reported that she has not provided care and supervision since September 2021. Licensee stated that she does not have any children currently enrolled. LPA toured the facility and confirmed no children were present.
LPA McWilliams provided Licensee with LIC 9211 form to request to go on inactive status. LPA McWilliams informed Licensee that she would need to pay her annual fees, complete her mandated reporter training and any other training required prior to resumption of caring for children. LPA McWilliams provided Licensee with the License Exemption regulations if she chose to care for only one family.
There are no other issues to report at this time.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
