On 10/26/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Theresa Marquez conducted a Case Management inspection and met with licensee Candee Chambers. There were no daycare children present during todays inspection.

Licensee Chambers informed LPA Marquez that she would like to place her day care license on inactive status. Licensee is temporarily retiring and has not decided if she will permanently retired. Licensee has not cared for daycare children since June 2023.

During todays inspection, licensee completed and provided to LPA Marquez the Request for Inactive Child Care License Status form LIC9211.

Licensee will notify LPA Marquez if she decides to permanently close.
An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Candee Chambers. A copy of the evaluation report and the Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
