On August 4, 2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above mentioned Family Child Care Home (FCCH) to conclude a complaint investigation. LPA met with licensee Veronica Jimenez and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection 5 children were present.

The allegation of Personal Rights - Licensee is not providing a safe environment for day care children could not be corroborated. Parent interviews revealed they have no concerns with the environment provided to children in care. Additionally, LPA did observed the FCCH to be free of hazards and to have age appropriate toys and equipment.

The allegation of Conduct inimical could not be corroborated. Parent's interviewed did not express any concerns with the care and supervision provided by the FCCH. Additionally, licensee stated they have not conducted themselves in a away that would be inimical to the health and safety of children in care.
