13 | On September 11, 2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Aaliyah Zendejas and Matthew Sapien conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings of the above mentioned allegations. LPAs met with Licensee Kristin Watson and advised her of the purpose of the inspection. Together with the licensee, LPAs toured the interior and exterior of the facility. At the time of the inspection, there were 3 children under the care and supervision of the licensee.
CCLD received a complaint regarding the above mentioned allegations. After conducting staff and parent interviews as well as making observations within the facility, LPAs did not find issues regarding the FCCH's cleanliness or any odors within the FCCH. LPA advised licensee to make sure to clean regularly and read title 22 regulations regarding keeping the FCCH clean and orderly and having ventilation. LPAs during interviews with licensee and parents regarding food being served, LPAs did not hear of inadequate food service being provided to day care children.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
