On July 14, 2023 at 11 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Susana Martinez conducted an unnannounced required- 1 Year inspection. LPA knocked on the door and was greeted by the landlord, Aubrey, who states the licensee has moved out as of April 30th, 2023. LPA asked Aubrey if she has any knowledge of where the licensee has moved to. Aubrey stated they moved down the street to 821 Corsciana Drive Oxnard, CA 93036. LPA asked Aubrey if she had any knowledge about the licensee continuing her daycare at the new address, Aubrey stated no. LPA thanked Aubrey for her time.


LPA attempted to contact the licensee at (805)278-2138, automated message states call cannot be completed as dialed. LPA will follow up with licensee.
