On August 13, 2026 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez and Veronica Martinez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above mentioned Family Child Care Home to conclude a compliant investigation. LPA met with licensee Livier Cruz and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection 1 child was present.

The allegation of Personal Rights - Child sustained an injury due to staff neglect or physical abuse could not be corroborated. Interview with parent revealed they are notified verbally if a child gets hurt and did not express any concerns with the supervision provided.

The allegation of Personal Rights - The licensee left children under the care of a minor could not be corroborated. Interviews with parents revealed the main provider of the FCCH is the licensee and occasionally Adult 1 (A1). Further, licensee stated they have not left children under the care of a minor. Further, interview with A1 they have not observed a minor being left alone to care for children.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
Report was reviewed with licensee Livier Cruz. Notice of Site Visit and appeal rights were given.
