On 07/16/2026 at 9:50 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted an unannounced Complaint Investigation at Kiddie Academy and met with Director, Abadat "Abi" Khan. During today's inspection, there were 63 preschool children in care with 9 staff in 4 classrooms. Director stated there are 95 preschool children enrolled. Finding was delivered during the inspection. Complainant alleges Staff are not providing a comfortable environment to daycare children in care. During the course of the investigation LPA completed a physical plant inspection, reviewed facility records and conducted interviews. At this time, there is not enough evidence to suggest that staff are not providing an comfortable environment to children in care. Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with Director Abi Khan. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECTIVE DAYS.
