On 8/12/2026 at 11:45am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle conducted an unannounced facility visit to deliver findings for a complaint that was received for the allegations listed above. Present during LPAs visit were five (5) toddlers and thirty-eight (38) preschool age children for a total of forty-three (43) children. There were five (5) additional staff present as well. The facility operates in six (6) classrooms, with four (4) currently in use (Toddlers, EP2, Preschool and Transitional Kindergarten). The facility operates from 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday and holds an infant license as well (073409580).

Through the investigation documents were collected, interviews were conducted and files were reviewed. Due to conflicting information received during the investigation LPA determined although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with facility staff.
