13 | On July 28,2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Sala Vang and Loraine Perez met with Director Mireya Torrez to deliver findings and close the complaint allegation above. At time of inspection, there was a census of 37 preschool children being supervised by 6 staff.
It was alleged that Staff did not report an injury to parent/ authorized representative and Staff did not keep the floors safe, resulting in a child getting injured. Throughout the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed documents, and made observations. Interview and evidence gathered did not produce a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation.
Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted, and a notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
