Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on interviews, it was found that the facility is out of ratio on 3/18/26-3/19/26. This poses a immediate risk to health and safety of children in care.”
“During interviews with staff, the licensee was found to be absent from the home for a time that exceeded percent of the hours of operating hours which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, & personal rights to children in care.”
“Based on observations it was found that the facility is out of ratio by one child. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.”
