What this site is

daycarefile.com republishes public records about licensed child-care operations, collected from state licensing agencies, dated, and linked or cited to the official source. It is an independent project operated by Moh Bami. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency.

Records are provided as-is

Records are reproduced from official sources as collected on the date shown, and may lag, contain errors introduced by the source, or have been corrected since. They are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify against the official record linked or cited on each page before relying on it.

Permitted use

The records are for personal, informational use. They are not for use in decisions about employment, tenancy, credit, insurance, or any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act — this site is not a consumer reporting agency. Automated bulk scraping, republication of substantial portions of the database, and use of the site to harass any person are prohibited.

Corrections and removal

Corrections are free, always, for everyone — use “Report an error” on any provider page. Privacy concerns are answered within 24 hours. We never charge to correct or remove anything.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site and to verify information with the issuing agency.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
