Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on LPA observed staff not wearing masks during operational hours as required and not assessing children for illness including COVID-19 prior to entrance to the family child care home. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.”
“Based on LPA’s examination of the children’s files that licensee failed to ensure out of children had obtained immunization records prior to admission. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.”
“Based on observations the licensee failed to provide safe eating arrangements in which young children were eating from high barstools with no backs and were unable to get down on their own without assistance.”
“Based on file review the licensee failed to ensure that children (C2-C12) were without emergency contact information.”
