CCR 102416 — .5 Staffing Ratio and Capacity (2) Health and Safety Code section 1597.465 states:
“INTERVIEWS, OBSERVATIONS AND RECORDS REVIEW WHICH REVEALED THE LICENSEE IS OUT OF RATIO BY HAVING PRESCHOOL AGE CHILDREN PRESENT WITHOUT AN ASSISTANT PRESENT.”
