CCR 101229(a)(1) — (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.
“Based on interviews and video footage, child #1 walked outside of the gated preschool area and was without adult supervision for approximately ninety (90) seconds. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.”
