CCR 101223(a)(1) — Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:
“staff interviews revealed staff and children years and older were not wearing face coverings indoors and staff did not inform parents of COVID-19 positive cases of children and staff. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.”
