Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The interview conducted by the departments Investigations Branch revealed that an employee at the family child care was the suspect in multiple crimes against children across the United States, which posed an immediate Heath and Safety risk to children in care.”
“LPA [name withheld] spoke to teacher Karla Ovalle who stated that she is in charge of the FCCH while licensee is on vacation, and she does not have a current fingerprint clearance per Guardian.”
“LPA [name withheld] observation that the staff members providing care in the licensees absence do not have either current CPR/First Aid, or the completed CPR?First Aid classes required by the department.”
