Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on interviews with staff and LPAs observation staff were observed using buckets/containers filled with water to flush toilets after chidlrens use. Per Director, staff are using hand sanitizer to clean child’s hand after each restroom use. LPA [name withheld] did not observe the facility to have a reserve of water in quantities to meet the needs of children in care. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.”
