HSC 101700.3(b)(1)–(b) — Result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance
“record review. Lead test results showed sink faucet kitchen sources had an action level exceedance. Per staff, the kitchen water faucet made inaccessible to children. Parents provide children lunch and snacks. Facility also have filtered water for children. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.”
