CCR 101227(a)(22)(C) — Food Services (a) In child care centers providing meals to children, the following shall apply:
“.. Based on observation the facility did not comply with the regulation cited above. LPA observed childrens lunches not refrigerated. Not refrigerating perishable foods brought from home poses a potential health and safety risk and personal rights to children in care.”
