Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“LPA's Observation of C1 sitting alone on bench eating breakfast and no staff was present in area where C1 was sitting. This poses an immediate threat to children in care.”
“review of out of records didnt have lic 9224 in file . Licensee stated she did not provid copies”
“During interview conducted with A1 on 2/8/22, A1 admitted to smoking inside the bathroom during the daycare hours, and stated, “I blow the smoke directly into the vent.” This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to the children in care.”
“Licensee and Licensee’s husband both admitted to living at a different residence since September 2021, stating that it was hard to live where they worked and wanted to live somewhere separate. Licensee and licensee’s husband admitted to living at address: 131 Alder Ridge Lake Forest, 92610. Declarations were obtained. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to the children in care.”
