Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“interviewing staff, and reviewing the documents in the Department's computer system that the facility had Covid tested positive for two staff and one day care child. Licensee failed to report the Covid cases to the Public Local Health Department and our Department as it was required by Regulations. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
“interviewing adults and parents and Licensee's admission having outside part time employment. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.”
“LPA's observation and reviewing birth dates of children on 2-22-2022 that there were children present with staff including children under years old and children ages to years old. The facility failed to meet the requirement to include two school age children in the group of children, This is a potential hazard to the health and safety”
