CCR 101216.1 — (b) Prior to employment, a teacher shall meet the requirements...below:
“Based on review of facility records and Director's admission, Staff #1 and Staff #2 did not have the education requirements to be a fully qualified teacher. Staff #1 has completed 6.00 units and has 6.00 units in progress. Staff #2 did not have proof of educational requirements. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.”
