Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Children left the home unsupervised on more than one occasion without the knowledge of the licensee and were playing ding dong ditch in the neighborhood.”
“Based on interviews conducted, surveillance video obtained, and own admission the Licensee is living across the street and not in the licensed home.”
“LPA’s confirmed that the Licensee did not reside in the address that the license was issued for. This is an immediate threat to the children in care.”
