Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on interviews and observation the facility did not ensure that children were using highchairs for things other than its intended purpose. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.”
“Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in separating an individual who had symptoms from children in care, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.”
