Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the information received, outlet (E) had an ALE of 5.7000, which is out of compliance with the allowable ALE of 5.5 ppb. Outlet (E) was utilized two years ago. This poses a potential health and safety risk for the children in care.”
“S1 did not accord the children dignity when S1 yelled at the children in care on multiple occasions. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of the children in care.”
“Children were shamed for not paying attention, hitting others, and for having a potty accident. S1 humiliated/shamed the children in care when S1 had the class single out a specific child and tell the child their behavior was wrong. In addition, C1 and C2 were left in soiled clothing while under the supervision of S1. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of the children in care.”
