Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on record review, and interviews, the licensee did not ensure, infant care aides (S1 and S2) were working under direct supervision of a fully qualified teacher on 3/21/24. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care.”
“Based on LPAs observation, record review, interviews, S1 and S2 were working as infant aides in the infant room. S1 and S2 were not being supervised by director, assistant director or fully qualified teacher. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of persons in care.”
“Based on LPAs observation and record review on November 22, 2022, S2 was working as an infant aide in the infant room. S2 was working under S1, who is not a director, assistant director or a fully qualified teacher. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of persons in care.”
