CCR 101238.2(g) — Outdoor Activity Space (g) The playground shall be enclosed by a fence to protect children and to keep them in the outdoor activity area.

“... Based upon LPA observation, the fence has an area that has sharp metal & accessible to children as well as a gap between the wall and fence where a child could squeeze by. The other side of the playground not in use is not fully enclosed by a fence and potenetially accessible to children. This is a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.”
