“Based on observation and interview, the Center did not comply with the section cited above in that the Center had children present today. The Center did not follow its licensed limitations of capacity, which poses immediate health, safety, or personal rights risks to children in care.”

The Center did not assign a person in charge or appoint a substitute childcare center Director when the Director was absent. Each of the teachers who were present upon LPA entrance to the Center confirmed that they were not assigned as a substitute director or in charge of the Center, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.”
