Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Licensee notified the Department about adding an additional living room but she did not wait for Department inspection approval prior to using it.”
“Licensee failed to notify emergency services though had been requested by the parents.”
“LPA learned that on 8/24/2022, licensee admitted to licensing that she needed a second opinion regarding the health status of a daycare child, and she shared private information with another parent who she had consulted for advice.”
“Licemsee's assistant was left alone with daycare children, including infants.”
“: LPA observed children at off limit garage which was set up with toys and tv.”
“"LPA and LPM observed Infant #1 sleeping in a car seat, and Infant #2 sleeping in a high chair". This is an immidiate risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
“Licemsee's assistant was left alone with daycare children, including infants. This is a repeat violation and civil penalites were assessed today.”
“the adult assistant who provided care and supervision today, does not have criminal record clearance with the Department. This presents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
