Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“;Adult #1 was present at the facility prior to have criminal record clearance and associated to the facility. This is a requirement that if not corrected poses an immediate risk to the children in care.”
“LPAs observed toy/play equipment by the entrance of the home that needed repair and in the front yard that is used for outdoor activities by daycare children. Also, LPA observed that the grass in the playground needed maintenance.”
