“Through staff interviews it has been determined that the facility is commingling older infants 16-24 months from the Green room with preschoolers from the Orange, Red and Blue Room during afternoon outdoor play time in the toddler yard that is facing Latimer from 4:00PM-6:00PM everyday. Additionally, facility is not compliant with the current approved waiver of the Preschoolers sharing space with older infants 16-24 months between the time frame of 4:45 PM – 5:45 PM in the Blue Room.”
